Torrey Apple Days 2011

Torrey Apple Days is an annual event held on the 4th of July weekend in beautiful Torrey, Utah. You're invited to our small town celebration offering a full day of fun for the whole family. There is plenty to do: breakfast, a 5K race, arts and crafts swap meet, a parade, pie eating contest, children's games, lunch, patriotic program, live music, an evening dance, and much more. Plan to join us this year for Torrey Apple Days 2011 July 1st and 2nd. We'll see you there!

Friday, July 1

7 PM Miss Apple Days Pageant at The Big Apple.
This event has grown to become a fun adventure for the young girls of Wayne County. Share your talent, sing, dance, have fun while you participate in this year's Miss Apple Days Pageant. All contestants will receive a participation prize and will ride in the parade. Call Jenna at 691-1758 for details.

Saturday, July 2

7 to 9 AM Boy Scout Breakfast Fund-raiser at the Torrey Town Pavilion. Advance ticket purchase available. Family: $25
Adults: $7

8 AM 5K Run/Walk Registration at the Torrey Town Hall (Firehouse). Contact Amber or Kyle Bray at 425-3576 for info. Registration fee: $10
8:30 AM "Race for the Apple" 5K Race / 1-mile walk begins
sponsored by Castle Rock Coffee & Candy and Maria's Grill
First, second, and third place awards for each category. Begins at Torrey Town Hall. Finish line on Main Street at Slacker's Grill.
8 AM Swap Meet on Torrey's Historic Main Street and Torrey Town Park. Artwork, collectables, hand-crafted items, heirlooms, antiques, and more. 9 AM Children’s Bike Decorating for the Parade at the Torrey Town Park
